Peaceful and centrally-located place, just a door step from central London, surrounded by green areas and easy to reach from train stations and airports.
Perfect location for Monday-Friday, holidays, short term rental I. e., sabbatical, visiting researchers, learning English, etc., and potentially long term rental.

Pet friendly people extremely welcome, as this flat is shared with a little Labrador (DOG). Spanish and English speakers will feel specially at home. I understand Brazilian portuguese very well....not much speaking thou.
The garden is a great place to chill and common areas are very cozy too.

Important:
Couples are welcome for short period of time. Price will need to be adjusted.
Current price is set on a weekly basis (renting for 1 week only).
Daily rate is a £50.
Monthly rent is £1100.

The space
Two bedroom flat, with shared bathroom. Common areas include living room with sofas and dinning table, and a fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. There is a washing machine too.
The flat has its own garden to enjoy and relax at.

Note that a dog lives in this flat. You can interact as much or as little as you want with my dog. Your room and the bathroom are the only dog free areas.
Other dogs could be allowed, considering the potential they may not get along. In such case, we may not be able to live together. I love cats but to avoid any issue with my dog, they are NOT allowed.

Mobility issues:
Except for the main entrance to the building, the flat inside doesn’t have many steps, which makes it easy to navigate. Please ask questions if you have any mobility restrictions, I am happy to answer and give more details.

Unfortunately the flat’s main door is in an awkward angle, which makes it NOT friendly for wheelchair users. Apologise
