Mid-Dec-mid-Feb en suite sublet in friendly house

Hi, I'm subletting my large, lovely en suite bedroom for a discounted rate while I visit my home country for 2 months. It's available from 16 Dec to 17 Feb (flexible on the start date, but it's not available past 17 Feb). Room is furnished, and I will put away most personal effects. You'll have one whole side of the double cupboard for your use - this is a rail, top shelf + 3 large drawers. You'll also have the 3 shelves in the bathroom + bedside tables with drawers.

Bed was bought new by myself when I moved in and is very comfy with a good firm mattress. There's a Juliet balcony that looks out onto the mews. Shower has great water pressure.

You'll be sharing with 3 friendly, easy-going professionals - 2 guys (Brits) and 1 girl (Kiwi). Only 1 housemate works from home, but always in his bedroom. You can work anywhere you like, including the dining table. We have a washing machine, separate dryer, 2 fridges, dishwasher, coffee machines, slow cooker and TV with Netflix, NOW, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. House is very secure as it's in a mews set back from the street - super quiet too. It's a 2-min walk to the high street, and there are loads of shops and other amenities, including Aldi, M&S, Sainsburys, Tesco, a post office, library, gyms, co-works and lots of lovely parks, restaurants, cafes and bars. Archway underground and Upper Holloway Overground are each a 5-7 min walk. Lots of bus routes too.

Central heating is on a timer, coming on approx 3x day when needed. House is very well-insulated and cosy.

I've discounted the rent and will also be taking care of all bills. In lieu of a deposit, the full rent period must be paid upfront. Preference will be given to anyone who can take it for the full period, but feel free to message anyway with your preferred length. Will need to meet with you before confirming - ideally in person, but over video call is possible too.
