Bright one-bed flat available short-term while I’m abroad. The flat is in Archway, close to Upper Holloway station, with excellent access to East and Central London. You’re close to really cool areas like Upper Street, Finsbury Park, and the gorgeous Waterlow Park. Hampstead Heath is a ten minute cycle.

It’s a self-contained one-bedroom with a separate living room, lots of natural light, and a simple, comfortable layout. Fixtures are a bit dated but everything is clean, functional, and well maintained.

There is a neat temporary plywood repair in the kitchen ceiling from a previous leak. The issue is fully resolved and the area is dry and stable. This is reflected in the price.

Available from 22 January to mid February. Ideally suited to one person looking for a short-term base (for work, relocation, or between tenancies).

Fully furnished. Bills included. Non-party household.
