Small single room in Archway (woman preferred)

Hi there, we have a small single room, in Archway, available from the start of July. Either Short or Long term.

Room is located on the first floor of a 3 floor, end of terrace, house.

Best for someone who is out, more often than in (two of us already WFH half the week with varied schedules.

NOTE:
It's an old/retro style house, that has gone through many plumbing changes, so if you're sensitive to hearing running water, every so often, then be warned!
However this is scheduled to be fixed, end of July.

GENERAL

Area is away from main roads, and more family and student orientated.

-living with three women between early 20s to mid 30s.
-no living room
-ground floor toilet
-1st floor 'family' bathroom
