Big sunny room in a flat with balcony

Hi!

I'm moving out and I'm looking for someone to take my room.

It's a very spacious room with a lot of natural sun light coming through (it's facing South), a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, and a lot of storage available throughout the house.

There is also a big kitchen, very spacious living room and a balcony. There is also enough space in the hallway to store a bike.

You will be living with Lilja - a 32 years old girl from Finland. She's very friendly and clean. Usually she goes to the office twice a week and works from home the rest of the week.

Your contract will begin on 27 June but you can move in as early as 21 June if you want to.

The property is run through an agency and so you will have to pass reference checks, including right to live in the UK, reference from work and current landlord.

You will see one more ad for the same room as both me and my flatmate are doing viewings. Please message either one of us if you'd like to see the place!
