A very spacious sunny room is available from 27 July. It comes with a new king size bed, built-in wardrobe, and big South-East facing windows that let a lot of sunlight in.

We also have a very spacious living room with a balcony, a big kitchen, and plenty of additional storage throughout the flat.

The flat is about 7 min walk from Archway station which takes you to central London in 15 min. There are a few gyms nearby, and plenty of shops (Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op). Also lots of green areas and parks - Parkland Walk, Finsbury park, Hampstead heath, Highgate wood all within 30 min walk.

You will be living with Lilja:
I’m 32, originally from Finland and working hybrid in marketing. I’m quite chatty and laid back, but like to keep the house clean and tidy. My hobbies include yoga, running average 5Ks, seeing friends and traveling 🧘‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🍷✈️
I’d love to find someone likeminded that enjoys an occasional chat or hang out!

internet - £16
council tax - £78
electricity - £15-30 based on usage
gas heating - included in the rent!

The property is run through an agency which requires proof of right to rent for non-UK citizens, 3 months bank statements showing income, and 3 payslips.
