Double Room in Archway Available!

Large bedroom overview

Hello! We have a large, furnished double room available in our well-located Archway flat. Tigran is sadly moving out soon, so we’ll be looking for someone to take over his room from around 28th July (potentially a few days sooner!).

You’ll be living with Eva (26, biologist) and Kirsty (28, copywriter) who are both into books, music, film and pints. Eva will sadly also be moving out at the end of August to live with her partner, but Kirsty will be staying on at the flat so we’ll make sure we find a suitable replacement for Eva’s room too. There’s a chance our friend who has a cat could take Eva’s room at the end of August, so that’s just something to consider too.

*The room*
At approximately 20 square meters, the room contains two large windows, letting in a lot of sunlight, and ample space to store a mountain of clothes and other items.

Rent is £1140 per month, with the share of bills being about £150-180 per month (depending on the season).

It comes already furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, and an office chair. Tigran is also willing to sell a number of other furniture and items in the room at a discount as he won't be able to transport them. These include the lounge chair, guitar, up-right mirror, bookcase, monitor, etc. (subject to availability).

*The flat*
We all really like the flat, it’s super spacious, comfortable and bright. We keep it clean and tidy while adding our touch to it too, so any plants/prints/books are very welcome.

It’s in an amazing location, being just a 10-minute walk from the underground (Northern line), a 15-minute walk from Upper Holloway overground, and near lots of bus stops that take you everywhere from Crouch End to London Bridge.

Archway itself has everything you need in terms of supermarkets, pubs, gyms, and cafes, but if you ever fancy a dip in the ponds you’ll only be a 15-minute walk from Hampstead Heath too. Plus Camden and Kentish Town are perfectly walkable.

*The vibe*
The three of us have become good friends through living together for the past year or so and would love to find someone with a similar vibe to us. We regularly go to the pub, the cinema and gigs together, so it’d be great if you’re up for that too. But equally there’s never any pressure to socialise because we enjoy our alone time some days!
