Double En-suite Room in Archway

I am moving out of London in August and I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bed house with 2.5 bathrooms in Highgate/Archway. The room is the largest in the flat and has an en-suite. It is available from the 12th August (possibility to be flexible).

The room is £1200 pounds a month and bills come to ~ £115. The room comes unfurnished. You will be living with Chantal, who is 26 and works in Marketing and Tia who is 27 and works in Media. Tia also has a really cute and lovely dog willow who will be living with you.

The flat is very well connected, a 4 minute walk from Archway tube station (Northern line) with lots of bus routes nearby, as well as the overground (Upper Holloway station). It’s a 25 minute commute to Central London (Tottenham Court road) and Bank. There are lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby and it is a 20 minute walk from Hampstead Heath and a few minutes to Waterlow Park. There are lots of supermarkets close to us, including an Aldi and an M&S by the station.

As a flat we love to do stuff together, go on nights out, wholesome days, catch-ups over a cup of tea (or glass of wine), cooking, trying new restaurants, yoga, etc. Looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as roomies 🫶🏼
