Cosy Room in Archway Flatshare Available!

Hello! We have another cosy, partly furnished room available in our well-located Archway flat.

Eva is moving in with her partner in August, so we'll be looking for someone to take over her room from around 28th August (potentially a few days sooner!).

You'll be living with Kirsty (28, copywriter), who is into books, music, film, and pints, and another person (still searching for a replacement for our flatmate Tigran's double room).

The room
The room contains a large window (southwest-facing), letting in a lot of sunlight, and a large cupboard to store clothes and other items.

Rent is £965 per month, with the share of bills being about £150-180 per month (depending on the season).
It comes partly furnished with a cupboard and maybe a bed and mattress.

The flat
We all really like the flat; it's super spacious, comfortable and bright. We keep it clean and tidy while adding our touch to it too, so any plants/prints/books are very welcome.

It's in an amazing location, being just a 10-minute walk from the underground (Northern line), a 15-minute walk from Upper Holloway overground, and near lots of bus stops that take you everywhere from Crouch End to London Bridge.

Archway itself has everything you need in terms of supermarkets, pubs, gyms, and cafes, but if you ever fancy a dip in the ponds you'll only be a 15-minute walk from Hampstead Heath too. Plus Camden and Kentish Town are perfectly walkable.

The vibe
The three of us have become good friends through living together for the past year or so and would love to find someone with a similar vibe to us. We regularly go to the pub, the cinema, and gigs together, so it'd be great if you're up for that too. But equally, there's never any pressure to socialise because we enjoy our alone time some days!
