🫡 We're looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 4-bedroom home in Archway / Upper Holloway from around 15th August!

Rent is £715.42/month (before bills), with bills typically coming to around £130/month, so roughly £845 all in.

You'll be living with 3 housemates (myself, Emily + Josh), as our lovely housemate Lucie is moving out after leaving London.

I've lived here for almost 4 years now, and it's genuinely become a home that I love.

🛌 The Room:
• Part-furnished
• Large built-in wardrobe (located just outside the bedroom)
• The room itself is technically unfurnished, but Lucie will be selling her bed + mattress if you'd like to buy them

📍 The Area:
• Quiet, peaceful residential street in Archway / Upper Holloway
• Within walking distance of Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi and M&S, plus plenty of cafes, pubs + local shops

🚝 Transport:
• 9-minute walk to Archway (Northern line)
• 5-minute walk to Upper Holloway (Suffragette line Overground)

👫 The Housemates:
• You'll be living with myself (30), Emily (28) + Josh (31)
• We're all working professionals across Product, Theatre + Tech
• The house has a nice balance of being social without feeling intense. We enjoy the occasional pub trip or dinner, but everyone also has their own friends + hobbies in London. There's never any pressure to join in, and we'd love to find someone who's looking for a similar kind of home
• Ideally we're looking for someone who's tidy, considerate & enjoys a good balance between spending time at home and making the most of London

• Kitchen with 3 fridges, dishwasher + washing machine

💰 Bills:
• Around £130/month each, covering gas + electricity, water, council tax, Wi-Fi, TV + cleaner (comes twice a month!)
