Subletting a double bedroom in Archway from the end of August
I’m in the process of buying a studio flat and will be subletting my bedroom from the end of August. I will be in the smaller, second bedroom, so the flat is shared with me.
I don’t know the exact date I’m moving out, but it won’t be before 1 December so I’m looking for someone for 3 months with the option to remain longer if they’d like. It’s also possible to transfer the flat tenancy entirely to your name when I move out.
I’ll also be traveling a lot in September and November so you’ll have the flat to yourselves for large chunks this autumn!
