Large, bright room with a view for rent

Unfortunately I am leaving my beautiful room in our shared house in Archway.

The room is on the top floor of the house and comes furnished as shown in the pictures (minus the bike 😅).

The common areas of the house include 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a living room and a lovely garden. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The house is on a quiet residential street and only a ~5min walk from Archway tube station (Northern line). Next to which there are plenty of options for food shopping, including a decent sized Aldi.

You would be living with Via, Laura, Will, Holly and Louis, who are all mid 20s young professionals. They enjoy house dinners/movies and pub outings but everyone also respects people’s need for personal space.

Rent is £765 and bills are usually around £70-£100 per person on top of that, depending on the season.
