Our lovely flatmate is leaving us and we're looking for someone to join our home :). Here are some details:

About the Room:
The room is large, and fully furnished with bed shelves, wardrobe, and desk.

About the Flat:
The flat has a big kitchen and lounge, and a small garden for summer BBQs.
We are 10 minutes from Archway tube station, 5 minutes from Upper Holloway and are close to several bus routes.

About Us:
We are: Nathan, Jayne, & Olivia. A group of professionals who enjoy a good night out or a quiet night in. We're a friendly & relaxed bunch who like to catch up after work and have the odd trip to the pub. We are also very respectful of each other's space.

About You:
We're looking for a flatmate who is clean, respectful & easy-going (the usual stuff), and looking for somewhere to call home.

Rent Details:
The monthly rent is £970, and utilities + weekly cleaner are around £170. Move in date can very flexible.
