Large double room in Archway from September

helloooo! i am moving abroad for work so looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 4-bed house in Archway 🫶

ROOM DETAILS:
— this is the biggest room in the house! v spacious double bedroom that comes with the bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. also happy to leave the shelf if you’d like. it has two big windows, so lots of natural light !!
— rent is £1,200 per month, and bills usually come to about £100 per month on top.
— available from 12 / 13 September

HOUSE DETAILS:
— terrace house with a living room, well-sized kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a garden (which we have loooooved having this summer!!)
— you will be living with Zahra, Eloise and Bridget (all 25)

LOCATION:
— super good location - 4 min walk from archway station (northern line) and right by a big high street with lots of shops! Aldi, M&S and Sainsbury’s all 4 mins away!
— i’ve loved living in this area - there are lots of cute cafes, charity shops, pubs etc all within walking distance. i’ve also felt super safe (even when walking home from the station late at night)

ABOUT US:
— Zahra is 25, works in the civil service and likes cooking, reading and going to different museums / art galleries around london (as well as the occasional boogie 🕺)
— Bridget is 25, works for a marketing agency, and loves to read and travel. She’s on a mission to crochet herself a sweater and always enjoy a chat in the house
— Eloise is 25 and originally from Melbourne, and works in fashion
— looking for another working professional in her 20s who wants to be friends, not just flatmates! the girls are really excited to host BBQs and dinner parties, enjoy lazy evenings watching reality TV, and to explore London's cafes / museums / markets on the weekends
