Peaceful homeshare with Poet in North London

Hi firstly to say the room is not en-suite but you would have your own private bathroom and access to a study.

BILLS include a cleaner every two weeks, broadband, tv licence and gas and electric and will come to max £150

I’m a scottish born muslim poet and documentary filmmaker looking ideally for another student (if you’re not you’ll have to pay CT - not included here which is also fine with me).

I'll be doing a masters this year as a mature student and working from home and writing between.

Would love to find someone who is clean, positive and easy going, respectful of living with a muslim (no pork or alcohol in the house) or is muslim themselves. I’ve been in london for a decade previously, am quite settled so looking for someone who wants a calm peaceful home to come back to where we might have a chat tea or dinner on occasion but really a sanctuary for us both.
