Double room in Archway

We have a double room available in our house in Archway - it’s a lovely house with a garden & big living room, next to Whittington Park and close to Archway/Upper Holloway stations. The room is really spacious and light with enough space for a desk and views of the garden.

You’d be sharing with four other young professionals - a theatre director, paramedic, engineer and a project manager. Outside of work hobbies include climbing, running, swimming at the local reservoir, reading, going to the cinema, and making the most of London’s galleries/exhibitions. We’re a friendly house and enjoy the occasional house dinner/film night/pub trip - we’d love to find people who are also up for this!

We’re flexible with move in dates (anytime from now) but ideally looking for people who could move by start of September.

Rent for each room is £965 and bills/council tax tend to come to about £100. There is a bathroom/shower which is shared with one other room.
