Hi, I’m one of the tenants in this flat of three- one student and two young professionals. One of my flatmates is moving as they have a new job so we’d like to find someone for her room!

Room comes already furnished with a private balcony attached. This room and the shared kitchen/dining room receives loads of natural light.

Archway station is a 15 minute walk away, and there are really good bus connections with bus stops a 5 minute walk from the property.

Rent is £867.67 pm (not including bills).
We are council tax band C, which will be split between two.

We’re looking for someone who keeps shared spaces clean and can take responsibility for themselves.
