Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4 person flat in Archway.

The Room:
- The room comes with a double bed and two double wardrobes.

The Area:
You will be super close to all amenities and anything else you can think of within a 5 - 10 minute walk.
- Archway station is a 5 minute Walk and 15/20 minutes to KX (Kings Cross) via tube.
- Great Bus connections (For the scenic route of London)
- Super markets; Aldi, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and M&S
- Butchers and Fishmongers
- Dentist
- Leisure centre and Gym’s
- Barbers and Hairdressers
- Waterlow Park (10 minute walk) & Hampstead Heath (15 Minute Walk)

Financials/ Other:
- Rent £862.50 + Bills (Approx £80-100 per month)
- Everyone contributes the general communal house items.
- Move in Date: from October 12th but flexible.

The Flat
The flat is located set off from the mains roads in a quiet part of Archway. Set within a low emission zone. You’ll be sharing with 3 working professionals who are super chill and by no means big personalities. It is not a party house but does host the odd meal every now and then. They are easily convinced for sharing a glass, pint & social but also respect each other’s privacy. Everyone maintains the house (maisonette) well and expect the new house mate to as well. There are two tall fridge/freezers, washing machine and dishwasher (god send).
