- Upstairs bedroom available. Fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Desk, chair, bedside cabinet and ikea cabinet owned by me but happy to pass on for cheap if needed!
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, tv and dining table
- Separate kitchen with plenty of fridge space and washing machine. Separate utility area/ kitchenette
- Upstairs bathroom with bath & shower, sink toilet - sharing with one other person
- Terrace garden space which we often use to sit out with drinks / BBQ over the summer months

📍- 2 mins walk to Archway tube station, 5 mins walk to Upper Holloway overground. Multiple buses which also run through the night
- Aldi, Sainsbury’s, M&S and Co-op all within 3 mins walk from the house
- high street with plenty of shops, cafes, food spots and restraints just off our road. - Several gyms within 10/ 15 mins walk.
- Hampstead heath and Waterlow park both within about 20 mins walk away 🌳

✨ Who you’ll be living with
Charlotte (27) and Georgie (29), both lovely girls who met through this house. We would love to find somebody else to move in who is friendly and will continue to make this house feel like a home. I am only moving as I’m heading off for several months to go travelling.

- Rent is £886 each, with bills it comes to just over £1K each month.
- Deposit is £1K which is protected in a tenancy deposit scheme
- Available 5th December
