Cosy Double Room in a lovely 4 bed flat in Archway

We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a room in our lovely, cosy 4-bedroom house in Archway (N19) from mid December, as our flatmate is looking to move in with her boyfriend.

Location: Archway, N19
Transport: Just a 7-minute walk from Archway station!

Rent: £975 per month, excluding bills (which are approximately £100 per month).

The House:
The house is fully furnished and has a lovely outdoor space that’s perfect for enjoying the summer! 🌞

A Little About Us:
We’re three girls, aged between 26-28. We’re a friendly, sociable and easy-going household who have their own things going on but also love heading to the pub or having a cosy night in. We’re super tidy and would love to find someone with a similar vibe who will feel at home with us!

Who We’re Looking For:
Ideally, we’re looking for someone aged between 25 and 30 who is friendly, tidy and sociable and would fit in well with our household. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to consider students.

Move-in Date: Mid December (flexible to be earlier).
