Archway, Islington - room available from December!

Hello, my flatmate is moving out of our flat in Archway, Islington and I’m looking for someone to take her room!

Move in: 1st December (flexible for an earlier move in date)

Rent: £1115 (plus ~£150-£200 bills)

The flat:
Close to Hampstead Heath and Highgate! The flat is a 5 minute walk to Archway station (Zone 2/3) on the Northern line. There are lots of buses nearby and it’s also 5 minutes to Upper Holloway Overground station and 20 minutes to Gospel Oak station. Conveniently also a 5 minute walk from Aldi as well as other smaller supermarkets. Lots of good coffee shops and pubs nearby!

About me:
I’m Katie, I’m 25 and work as a chartered surveyor, normally in the office 3/4 days a week. I enjoy playing hockey as well as doing some yoga and hiking when I can.
I love cooking and baking for people and am also fond of a pub quiz or aperol spritz in the sunshine. Also very happy to curl up and read a book or watch some trashy tv in the evening!

I’ve lived in the flat for over a year and love it here so keen to find someone else who will too! Would love to find a friendly housemate who is also clean and tidy.
