A 3 bed Victorian house located on a quiet leafy street in lovely Archway, about a 7 minute walk from Archway station. The flat is on the first floor and has three floors. Complete with period features throughout, the flat has lots of shared living space - there's a spacious living room with dining area and the kitchen leads out onto a large roof terrace. The terrace has far reaching views of the city, and is perfect for summer. The house also has a small (cosy) spare room at the top of the house which can be used as a shared office space too.

Your room is on the first floor and comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, fitted wardrobe, an extra wardrobe and a desk. Rent is £1050 without bills. Bills are around £150-£200.

The bathroom is on the ground floor and will be shared between 2.

You’ll be sharing with 2 friends who are both 30. Selina works in legal in the NHS. Enjoys running, playing squash, reading, heading to the pub and chilling with friends. But currently you will find her in library only as she is busy revising for her exams. Sarah works in fundraising and enjoys hanging out with friends/family, reading, watching films, crafting and exploring London.

We're looking for a housemate who is easy going, would like to join in on the occasional flat meal or head to the local pub, but also have their own interests. Also very important that you are clean and tidy, and just generally considerate.

Available from around beginning of December but flexible.
