I have found a 2B2B flat in Archway, and I am looking for a flatmate (females preferred) to share it with. I am a 26yo working professional from India, and been in London for about an year now.
I want to book the flat from 15 Dec onwards and the second room (double en-suite) with washroom right outside the room is available.
The rent includes the council tax and internet fee. Only the electricity and gas charges(if any) will be on top.
The flat has good storage space, with modular kitchen (has microwave, oven, dishwasher), washing machine with dryer and a spacious common sitting area. There are also 2 TVs in the house (one in common area and one private to your room!).
