Quiet double room, on the top floor of a very peaceful, end terrace house.

If you are a Vet or Veterinary Nurse looking for a great deal on renting a beautiful double room, in a comfortable home in N19 (Zone 2), then this could be perfect for you!

For the right Vet or Veterinary Nurse (single occupancy only) the offer is reduced rent in return for up-to 20 hours per month *Pet Sitting.

There are excellent transport links (buses, tube and overground).
I am 5-6 min walk to Archway tube (Zone 2, Northern Line) and a 10 min walk to Holloway Road (Overground).

My house is on a quiet street within the beautiful Whitehall Park Conservation Area, with a private walled garden to relax in.

There are lots of beautiful green spaces within a short walk (Parkland Walk, Waterlow Park, Highgate Woods, Hampstead Heath) plus an excellent selection of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants – on the doorstep.

The room is fully furnished, has a double bed, a triple wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and peaceful views of the back garden.

My house is spacious with a large kitchen, large bathroom, a downstairs cloakroom and very comfortable living room with high ceilings and large windows.

I am looking for someone who is happy, friendly, clean, tidy and considerate.
They/ She/ He must be an animal lover and happy to live with, and when necessary help me look after, two cuddly house cats.

In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and all the usual kitchen items (washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave etc).

The cleaner comes every week, for 3 hours.
