We have 1 double room available in our wonderful, quiet flat.

It's 10mins walk from Archway Tube (Zone 2) and 5 mins walk from beautiful Crouch End and Waterlow Park, a real haven in London.

A peaceful large top floor flat in a quiet building, with a large living room, and a large kitchen, one bathroom, and an extra toilet, and a small roof terrace for summer sunbathing and reading. Bicycles can be stored on the staircase landing.

The room has a double bed, a chests of drawers for clothing, a storage shelf, and an extra storage room next to it.

The flat is ideal for professionals, who work 9-5, or similar. It's great as a place to come back to after a day’s work.

Please note: We are a NOT a student/party flat.

We're looking for someone who thinks of others and leaves the communal areas as they found them; washes up, and cleans the flat without being asked, who doesn’t crash in late/act in a selfish way.
