We have a light, spacious double room coming available at the end of January 2024!

The property is less than 5 mins to Arnos Grove station which is on the picadilly Line, about 20 mins to King’s Cross station and about 30 mins to Oxford Circus.

A sainsburys is 5 mins walk away and a Aldi and B&M a 10 min walk away. Local pub is literally a stones throw away aswell which we love!

About us:

My name is Yanni, I’m 24 and a visual merchandiser in Retail.

My housemate is called Athina, she is 34 and also in retail, and is finishing her Masters in Music.

We both love a trip to the pub, a good night out and a day out exploring London. We are both creative people who love galleries, going to gigs as well, but also value our privacy and quiet during the week.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is extremely clean and likes their own privacy, but also social in the evenings and weekends, we are looking for a friend as well as a housemate.

Myself and Athina do not work from home so ideally looking for someone who is in the office most days but isn’t a must. Someone who is down to earth, respectful and cleans up after themselves would be perfect!!

The boring bits and bobs:

Rent for the room is £734 per month. Bills work out around £120-£150 per month each but will go down in the summer. You will need to pass a reference check with our agency and will need to provide 6 months of payslips and bank statements and a British passport. If you do not have a British passport, they need proof of your right to rent.
