Room Available in North London

Hi,

My name is Neal, and I’ve been living in London for around 20 years. I currently have a room available in the flat I live in.

The flat is fully furnished and functional, with two rooms available — one with a bed and one without. If you need a bed, you’re welcome to use the furnished room.

The location is fantastic: the flat is literally 10 seconds from New Southgate Station, with trains taking around 20 minutes to central London. Arnos Grove Station (Piccadilly Line) is also about a 10-minute walk away.

The flat is quiet and peaceful, ideal for someone looking for a relaxed place to live. I also have a little kitten called Bidou. She’s a lovely house cat with a very friendly personality and positive energy only! 🐱

I work a lot, usually almost every day, so I’m generally only around in the evenings. I’m open-minded, easy-going and completely drama-free, and I’m looking for someone who is respectful and enjoys a peaceful home environment.
