Double room available in Highbury

Hi everyone! We are looking for a new housemate to join our Highbury home.

The available room is a double. The room is at the front of the property, overlooking a quiet street, and comes with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.

The kitchen upstairs comes with all the usual mod-cons, including a dishwasher, and just next to it is a separate spacious and bright living/dining room. Downstairs, there’s a little garden with enough space to enjoy a BBQ in the summer.

The place is a 2-minute walk from Drayton Park mainline station, 5 mins away from Arsenal tube station (on the Piccadilly line) and approx. 15 mins from both Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park for the Victoria line and plenty of buses. Nearby are all sorts of things: supermarkets, pubs, parks, gyms, the Emirates, Upper Street etc etc. It’s a fantastic place to be.

Bills - council tax (band H), gas & electricity, broadband, TV licence & water - should come to around £140 a month, if that. The deposit is a month’s rent.

Mireia, 38:
I am a prop maker who works in Animation and Live Action.
I love going to the cinema like Fede, exhibitions, a nice meal out, endless walks and spending time with my friends. I very sociable and enjoy people’s company but I respect everyone else’s boundaries.

Kane, 30: works in campaigns for a charity. Loves football, tennis, going to exhibitions and gigs. Also a tofu fanatic.

Federica, 31: I work in theatre as a Costume Supervisor. I love going to the cinema, theatre, exhibitions and walks along the canal. Always happy to have a chat or share a nice meal, but equally enjoy my own space and respect everyone else’s!

Bonus points if you’re veggie or vegan! We’re a mixed household so we’re looking for someone who’s happy sharing a home with people with different dietary habits.
