The balconies on the top floor face onto a charming mews courtyard, with private parking. This is a friendly and welcoming residential area and is so peaceful, making working from home easy. The landlord is a lovely and extremely accommodating old man.

The property is well-served by transport links, with the 141 bus taking you into the City and is a short walk from Arsenal tube (Piccadilly) and Finsbury Park (Victoria, Overground, Piccadilly). Highbury, Stoke Newington and Angel are also easy to reach. As for bars, restaurants and cafes, there is an embarrassment of riches, including Beam, Perilla, Top Cuvee, Bank of Friendship. The property is a 15 minute walk from the Arsenal football stadium.

The room is available from September - I am fairly flexible with the move out date however. I'm moving out as I am going on international secondment for work.

Another one of the existing tenants of this property is also moving out at the same time. The other remaining tenant is a female working in the City in law, so this place is perfect for any young professionals. We are looking for someone of roughly the same age, who is easygoing and down for fun, but also respectful and tidy.
