We're looking for someone to take over our third room in a flat-share in Arsenal/Highbury!

Flatmate:
We're looking for someone social, easy-going who likes to keep their home clean. The flat is a friendly place where everyone has their own thing going on but is sociable when at home with the occasional shared dinner/movie/drink etc. We want to keep the same vibe with the new flatmate treating the flat like their home, keeping it clean and respectful without strict rules.

Room:
The room is furnished with a small double bed, a desk, desk lamp, wall mirror and lots of storage space.

Bathroom:
Shared with the female flatmate.

Flat:
Fourth floor of a new-build with elevator access. Shared with two other professionals. Spacious living room with a large balcony, a sofa, two lounge chairs, large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Location:
Located in Arsenal area, just a 7-minute walk to Arsenal Underground Station near the Emirates Stadium. Highbury & Islington Station and Finsbury Park Station are both within a 15-minute walk. Drayton Park station is a 4 minute walk. A Tesco Express is also nearby, reachable within 2 minutes.

Price:
Available for £1263 per month.
