We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a spacious room in our lovely house on Gillespie Road, perfectly located between Clissold Park, Highbury Fields, and Finsbury Park.

You'll be living with Charlie, Leo and James, three easy-going guys in their late 20s/early 30s. Everyone has their own busy lives, but we enjoy catching up over the occasional BBQ in the garden during summer, sharing a coffee/beer, or chatting after work.

Close to Clissold Park, Highbury Fields, pubs, cafés, and everything Stoke Newington, Highbury and Islington have to offer

Rent: £760 per month
Bills: Approximately £150 per month
Includes utilities, internet, council tax, and a fortnightly cleaner

We'd love to find someone who enjoys a relaxed, sociable home environment while still appreciating everyone's independence.

Bonus points (and possibly priority consideration) if you can operate our coffee machine better than we can. The bar isn't particularly high and we'd love to be out performed.
