Hi there!

We are looking for a new female flatmate for our cosy home on Chiltern Street in Marylebone, as our lovely flatmate is moving back to Australia (and we're definitely not emotional about it at all 🥲).

It's one of the most beautiful streets in London and is incredibly well located, just a short walk from Baker Street and around 10 minutes from Bond Street station.

The room is available from 1 August 2026 and unfortunately we aren't able to offer flexibility on the move-in date.

A little about us...

You'll be living with two female professionals who both enjoy fitness and healthy living. One of us is Dutch, previously lived in France, and works at a media agency, while the other is from Iceland and works as an osteopath. We have busy careers, with one of us working from home a few days a week and the other mostly office-based, and generally enjoy a calm, balanced lifestyle.

We're hoping to find someone who wants a home rather than just a place to stay. When schedules align, we enjoy catching up in the living room, watching a film or reality show (with plenty of commentary), and occasionally doing things outside the flat too—whether that's a walk around a farmers' market or grabbing a coffee together.

We're both pretty down to earth and tend to prefer quiet evenings, especially during the week. We don't drink much and would love to find someone who enjoys a similar lifestyle.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is friendly, clean, respectful, considerate, and wants their home to feel relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone.
