Hi! We have two rooms becoming available in our 4-bedroom house in Marylebone from around 18 October.

The house is in a great location, about 5 minutes’ walk from Baker Street Station, and has a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and an additional WC.

The two available rooms share one bathroom with the person in the third bedroom, so the bathroom is shared between 3 people. The other two bedrooms are currently occupied by two working girls.

Room 1 – £1,360/month
Smaller room, but it faces the courtyard at the back of the building, so it’s generally quieter.

Room 2 – £1,460/month
Larger double room, facing the street.

Both rooms are available from around 18 October. 6-week deposit required.
