Hi!! We are looking for a person to replace me as I am vacating our flat as I am moving to Cyprus with my partner! The flat is situated in an amazing location right in the heart of Marylebone, on York Street, and is only a short walk from Regent’s Park, Hyde Park and Oxford Street, as well as all the restaurants, pubs and shops that Marylebone has to offer!

The flat is an amazing duplex Victorian property with really high ceilings and spans across two floors, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living and dining room and a big separate kitchen. The flat is in excellent condition and has been our home for the last 4.5 years!

If you join the flat, you will be sharing it with just one other flatmate, Otis, who is a professional working in the fintech sector. There are two bathrooms in the flat, so you would effectively have your own bathroom. The flat is also very spacious, with a large living and dining area which is great for relaxing or having friends over.

The room is available from 4 October until 30 November, as the tenancy comes to an end at the end of November. The price is £1,500 pcm, including all bills: water, electricity, gas, council tax and internet!
