Ensuite bedroom (all bills incl) near Baker Street

Hi, I am moving out of my en-suite bedroom at the end of September and am looking for someone to take over my room.

Location is absolutely excellent, a 3 min walk to Regent’s Park, 7 min to Baker Street or Marylebone tube stations with Co-op and Tesco 5 min away. The building is lovely, there is a 24/7 concierge to ensure your parcels and deliveries are signed for anytime, as well as an onsite cleaning team that maintains the cleanliness of the corridors and reception areas. The building also has 2 lifts.

I don’t have that many great photos of the room as I didn’t manage to take any photos before filling the room with all my stuff(!), but it’s a very spacious room (approx 5m x 3m). It also comes fully furnished with a bed, 2 wardrobes, a desk, a chest of drawers, 2 small shelves and a standing lamp. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower (no need to wait in the mornings!).

The flat is managed by a private landlord so no agency fees. The bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, but living room and kitchen are shared with 3 other flatmates. There is a weekly cleaner for the living room and kitchen, and we take turns between us to take down the recycling during the rest of the week (the garbage bin is conveniently located right outside the kitchen and is collected by the building’s cleaning team everyday).

Flatmates are all working professionals and very respectful, no one is WFH so it’s a very quiet flat.

The rent is £1800 per month and includes all bills (including council tax, utilities, WiFi).
