Hi,

We have a large double room available in September, in a great part of Balham, 5 minutes walk from the station.

The Room
- A large double room at the top of our house
- 1 king sized bed, with a great mattress.
- Desk with chair
- Sofa
- Lots of storage

The Bathroom
- Walk-in shower

The People
- We're a young family; My wife and I are in our early 30s and are professionals that, come September will work from the city half of the week, and work from home the other half.

- We have a 2 year old, her bedroom & bathroom are not on your floor.

- We're an easy-going, busy and sociable family, our weekends and evenings tend to be fairly packed, and we're often out of the house, but we also do enjoy relaxing doing nothing much in the house!

- We have 2 cats, who are lovely and friendly. So if you don't like or are allergic to them, I'd suggest this room isn't for you!

The House

- As well as your room and bathroom, you'll have access to the newly extended kitchen, and garden
- All bills are included: utilities, broadband, council tax and a weekly cleaner.
- On-street parking is available, but you will have to apply to the council for this.

Location
- 5 minutes to central Balham, which is on the tube and mainline - you can be in central London within 25 minutes!
- Near the north side of Tooting Common, and 12 minute walk to Clapham Common

You
- Ideally you will be a friendly, tidy professional or mature student.
- Whilst we’re sociable, and do shared dinners etc occasionally, we’d like someone who is happy with your housemates not being around every hour of every day.
- Similar age to us would be preferable (late 20s / early 30s)
- We're looking for someone who will need the room longer than 6 months
- Female preferable
