I'm looking for someone who wants a quiet, clean and tidy place to relax in when at home. My ideal lodger is someone who always cleans up after themselves especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Someone who is as equally happy to share a meal occasionally as well as share the housework regularly.

If you consider yourself to be a mature and responsible person who will take care of where you are living I would love to hear from you.

About the accommodation

Fully furnished double room with a double bed and bedding, side table lamps, double wardrobe and extra under-bed drawer space and a small desk.
There is a shared large open-plan kitchen living room, modern bathroom and a garden.

Rent includes:
• All utility bills i. e. Electric, Gas, Water, TV Licence, Council tax and Broadband (speed estimated between 7Mbps and 12Mbps) and use of washing machine.

Rent DOES NOT include household insurance

Rent deposit required - one month.

The Location:
10 minutes walking distance to Balham Train and Underground Station (Northern Line). From here it is 1 stop on the train line to Clapham Junction Station and 2 stops to Victoria Station.
5 minutes’ walk to the High Road with buses taking you into central London.

The Bus 255 stops 2-mins walk from the flat.

About Balham
Sainsbury and Waitrose right next to Balham station. Also loads of trendy restaurants, gyms, yoga, health food shops and bars on the high road.
Walking distance (1.3miles) to the famous Tooting Bec Lido. this is one of Britain’s oldest lidos and open for swimming all year round even in winter (if you are up for this I bow to you!)
Also walking distance to Clapham Common, good for exercise meetups, running and picnicking, lots of events there in the summer time.
