Hi there,

We're looking to fill a double room in a spacious, airy and bright top floor flat with great views over London. With a large living area and kitchen, it lends itself to be a friendly and social space.

Located only an 8 minute walk away from Balham station, it's perfectly situated for an easy commute into the centre of London. Balham's a great area with plenty of nice bars, restaurants and also tonnes of green space nearby.

We like to keep the flat clean but we're not overly militant about it. (A cleaner every few weeks helps with this)
Ideally you'd be pretty laid back and social as the flat is conducive to that.

We're two young professionals, both at the start of our careers. We're into music, sport and we're almost always down for a couple of pints. We also try to do a roast every Sunday too.

Rent comes to £690pcm and bills are typically about £80 a month each (electricity, water, council tax, wifi)
Deposit is 5 weeks rent which equates to about £800.
