Your room comes with an in-built 1.5 meter wardrobe with a floor length mirror on both doors. This means the floor space is not taken by a wardrobe. The bed is a queen bed (more comfy than a single).
The room is bigger than a box room (Dimensions 2.10m x 3.30m)
*Bills are INCLUDED i. e. broadband/wifi, the council tax, water, gas and electricity.
For the avoidance of doubt I can confirm that you have full access to the flat including the kitchen and lounge (Living room).
I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate who doesn't need to work from home 5 days a week ( I work in the dining room).
Balham station (northern line) is a 5-minute walk and you can get to all the shops and the high street in about the same time. Balham is a great area, bars restaurants, gym, swimming pool, park. It’s all here folks.
I am a live-in landlord looking for a female who is easy going, clean and tidy. Yes, I said it twice :-)
Please note that unfortunately, no pets are allowed In my building even on a temporary basis.
*Oh and don’t forget ‘Winter is coming’ - I am happy to brag that I have a brand new boiler and lots of radiators to keep us warm ;-)
