I have a clean and comfortable room in a 2-bed flat that has been newly renovated throughout including a brand-new kitchen and bathroom.

Your room comes with an in-built 1.5 meter wardrobe with a floor length mirror on both doors. This means the floor space is not taken by a wardrobe. The bed is a queen bed (more comfy than a single).
The room is bigger than a box room (Dimensions 2.10m x 3.30m)

*Bills are INCLUDED i. e. fast wifi, water.

I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate who doesn't need to work from home 5 days a week (because I work in the dining /living room space).

Balham station (northern line) is a 5-minute walk and you can get to all the shops and the high street in about the same time. Balham is a great area, bars restaurants, gym, swimming pool, park. It’s all here.

I am a live-in landlord looking for a female who is easy going, clean and tidy. *Female preferred as other housemate is female.
