Hi! Looking to sublet my room in my lovely house for 3 months whilst I’m away. 1st Jan - 1st April but can be flexible with a December move in date. It’s such a gorgeous spacious room I’m sad to leave it!!

The flat is a 5 min walk from Balham Station (Northern line and National Rail). Sainsburys and Aldi are also a short walk away and you're round the corner from the Bedford pub, amazing brunch spots and a gorgeous little Italian at the end of the road.

There's 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room and bright double bedrooms. We have a shared garden with the flat downstairs which is really big and catches the sun all day in the summer. Great for lil garden parties, sunbathing and outdoor yoga sessions.

bills are separate, we are in Wandsworth council and bills total usually come to ~£150 pcm.

About us:
Sophie & Emily, two single girlies working in the city. We work a hybrid of at home and in the office. We’re both super chilled, wholesome & respectable but do love to go out on the weekends and have the odd gathering. We love a lil dinner party, a painting party, a tarot evening and watching films together on a Sunday evening.
