We are looking for a new housemate in our 3 double bedroom flat on Emmanuel Road in Balham.

Our currently housemate is moving out and the room will be available from end of August, a little bit of flex with her notice.

Rent: £1,120 per month plus bills which currently are c. £166 a month per person and include biweekly cleaner, council, gas, electricity etc.

Room: Large double room with built in wardrobe and clothes rail, lots of storage space! Would happily fit a desk if WFH is needed however ... there is a spare communal single room with a desk which can be used.

Flat has a garden which is shared with downstairs, kitchen with 6 person dining room table and separate living room with 3 sofas so plenty of space for chilling out.

My boyfriend (Rob) and I rent the double bedroom attic ensuite and smaller of the two bedrooms as an office so majority of the time you will be the only one using the family bathroom and toilet on your floor.

It's approx. 9 minute walk from Balham Station and right on the common.

Rob and I are both fairly active people, I play netball and Rob plays rugby so we tend to be out of the flat Mon, Tues and Thurs at training and we'll both be at games during the day on Saturdays. I'm in the office Mon - Fri but Rob occasionally works from home during the week. More than happy to chill on the sofa, watching tele when we're in and often out and about with friends over the weekend ... or Rob will be on the golf course!
