The first floor double room is fully furnished with a double bed with two bedside cabinets, two wardrobes, a desk with chair, an open shelving unit, and also has a window onto the garden.

There is a shared sitting room with a good piano. The kitchen overlooks the secluded garden with outside door and has a table sitting six people comfortably. There is a gas cooker, with two ovens, a microwave and two fridges, with freezer drawers.

The large bathroom is on a half-way floor and has a strong shower over the bath, bidet, basin and second loo plus small sofa. It also has the washing machine and ironing board in it.

The bills include the energy bills, council tax, water rates, super-fast broadband, tv licence.
