My partner and I are looking to sublet our flat while we are travelling.

Subletting the whole property:
- top floor flat in a 3-story gorgeous Victorian House
- 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living room
- rent as a 1 bed, 1 bed + study, or 2 bed property
- access to a spacious garden
- fully furnished, bedding and towels included

Commuting Links:
- 5 min walk to Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line)
- 10 min walk to Balham (train station & Northern Line tube station)
- 25-30 min commute to Central London/ City
- lots of local pubs, restaurants in the area
- lots of grocery shop options/ amenities in the area
-Tooting Common park at the top of the road (4 min walk)

Details:
- available from 1st of Sept 2026 until Jan 2027 (if you would like to sublet for longer please still reach out and we can discuss)
- as a 1 bed flat (second room will not be accessible) - £2K per month
- as a 1 bed + second room as a study (current setup with the desk and couch) - £2.5K
- as a fully furnished 2bed (we would replace the desk and couch in the second room with a double bed) - £2.8K per month
- £1-1.5K refundable damage deposit
- no pets
- no smoking
