We are looking for someone who wants a home rather than a space to crash.

We're looking for someone who wants to stay long term and add to our homely vibe.

It's been a sociable independent and happy flat and we're looking for someone who loves to go for the occasional flat night out or ordering a takeaway and watching the latest drama/boxset (with a few glasses of wine, of course).

You'll be living with Lindsey & Matt lovely flatmates who do a mix of working from home and in the office.

The Flat
It's a lovely bright and quiet home with fantastic transport links - bus stop outside, 10 minute walk to Balham station -zone 3 and the northern line or 15 minute walk to Clapham South- zone 2.

Plus it's super close to Tooting, Brixton and Clapham Common.

The room is available from 8th October

We're on a quiet street which has permit parking during the week and free parking the weekend and secure bike bins.

Bedroom
The room is large and bright with lots of sunlight during the day. It has enough space for a desk for a work from home set up. There is plenty of wardrobe storage and room to add more furniture to make the space your own.

The room is at the end of its own hallway so it feels quiet and private.

You will be sharing the bathroom with another flatmate and any guests. The bathroom has two showers so you will have one to yourself (a rarity in London). There are also heated floors to keep your toes warm in the winter months.

£817 per month
£700 deposit

Bills not included but approx £140 a month
We have a lovely private landlord = no reference fees!

But does require references as he wants to make sure you can pay the rent and on time!
