Move in date will be preferably on or before the 13th May.

The house is in an excellent location on a quiet road, a 2-minute walk from Tooting Bec Common and a 12-minute walk from Balham Town Center and Underground/ National Rail.

You will be sharing with Sofia and Niamh who are both working professionals. Sofia has lived in the house for a few years and Niamh has just moved in.

We all lead busy lives but the house is very much a home and we regularly enjoy movies, dinners, coffee etc together.

The house is on 1 level with shared bathroom ( combi bath/ shower, sink, toilet) and the living room and kitchen is open plan with sofa, TV, coffee table and lots of storage.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a combi oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

We have an outside space for bbq’s etc and also another room we use for storage and drying clothes.

Your room is very private and comes with a double bed/ mattress, bedside table and a huge amount of storage and wardrobe space.

The tenancy has 6 months remaining and there is the option to renew the lease in November. The landlord is very responsive and rents the property through an agency so you will need to have proof of your employment, Right to Live in the UK etc.

The rent is currently £845 PCM and bills are £130 PCM although we anticipate these will reduce to around £120 PCM. Bills include (gas, electricity, water, tv license, WIFI, Virgin TV, Netflix, Council Tax).
