The house is within a 12 minutes walk from Balham station with bus stops less than a minutes walk from door.

Other transport links to Streatham and Brixton station are one bus ride away.

There is ample parking across the entire street and a small front garden plus and large back garden to the back of the house.

Within the property itself it is a quiet and clean household. I am looking for working professionals who will be able to respect my home and I will respect their space in return.

All bills are included in the rent.

Within the kitchen, there will be allocated kitchen space and 2 cupboards to each room along with corresponding space within the fridge.

The entire freezer in the kitchen is for the rooms as I have my own.

There is a communal toilet down stairs for the house with the main shared bathroom upstairs.

Only house rule is that the living room is off-limits to all tenants.
