Double bedroom, SW12

I am moving out of this lovely flat (sadly), so my flatmates Ayushma and Rebecca are looking for a new flatmate to take over the room. The room is a double bedroom and comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

We’re located on Nightingale Lane. Clapham South and Balham tube stations are a short 15 minute walk away. Clapham common and Wandsworth common are nearby as is Northcote road.

Ayushma is a civil servant, mostly working from home, and Rebecca works in Sales, in the office most days during the week. Ideally, the girls would prefer another female to move into the flat (sorry boys). They're both very sociable and love a catch up in the kitchen or in the super cosy sitting room. We have our own garden and a lot of storage in the flat for our extra stuff, and a shed out back. Bills are not included in the rent but are usually around £100-120per month and includes electricity/gas, water, broadband and also council tax.
