A lovely double room is becoming available in our modern, well-kept 2-bedroom flat in Balham from early September. The room will be part of a 12 months renewed tenancy starting 10th September (with a 6-month break clause).

You’ll be living in a cosy, and fully equipped flat, just 5 minutes walk from Balham Underground (Northern Line) and National Rail, perfect for commuting and weekend (there’s a night tube!).

Balham is a gem of a neighbourhood, with everything on your doorstep:
• Big Waitrose and Sainsbury’s
• Loads of pubs, cafés, restaurants, and a gym
• A friendly, community feel with plenty of green space nearby

The bedroom is fully furnished and comes with:
• Bedding accessories
• Built-in wardrobe
• Chair and small chest of drawers/bedside table

Looking for a tidy, considerate, and respectful flatmate who’s happy to share in keeping the common areas clean (we use a simple weekly bathroom rota to keep things smooth).

• Autumn/Winter: £150- 165 /month
