Double room available in secure modern apartment

Hello,

We have a spare room in a secure modern apartment complex in Balham. It is only 15-20mins into central on the Northern Line or overground. Balham has both a tube and overground station - great for alternative routes, and the stations are only a 3min walk away.

There is also the benefit of 3 different commons only being a short walk away from the apartment - Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common, and Tooting Bec Common - which are nice to walk around, with very peaceful large open parks which some also have lakes with lots of natural wildlife.

The apartment is also moments from the main high street that has supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep. But even though being right in the heart of Balham the apartment is also very quiet because the rooms face the apartment complex gardens.

In addition to the various other supermarkets on the high street all within a couple of minutes walk, Waitrose is literally over the road from the apartment which is super handy.

The apartment complex has 24hr CCTV and video entry, so is very secure.

There is also a secure underground parking space that can be rented for a small additional cost if you need it.

We are easy going and value ourselves as considerate and friendly.
