Hi,
I have an extra large double room available in a very calm, quiet location.
No major road traffic or shops next to us, so it's extremely quiet, clean all the time.
Shops, tubes, train station are within 5-10 minutes walk.
Large park is basically 1 mins walk.
The room has a built in wardrobe and fridge. It also comes with an LG oled tv, new tv shelf and new electrically adjustable office desk ,and office chair. You have the freedom to bring your own bed, optionally I can buy a brand-new bed and quality mattress. You will be sharing the flat with two friendly people, plenty of access to the kitchen and no queuing for the bathroom. It's an ideal place for a working professional. There is small extra fee during winter moths. I am looking for a clean, quiet, respectful flatmate. Short term rent rent considered.
