The flat is 2 min from a large park with 50m swimming pool, tennis courts and the Balham sports centre is just around the corner. Easy travel to the nearby St Georges Hospital too.

Your future housemate is Camilla, who is completing her teacher training and also speaks French. She would prefer to live with another girl.
